I just called about getting a nonfunctioning pressure washer serviced. Pete spent five minutes on the phone with me and gave me a no nonsense explanation of what the issues may be. Ultimately, rather than trying to upsell me and get service work, he encouraged me to evaluate whether spending money on Service versus purchasing a new unit made more economic sense. It is rare to find someone who will just tell you the straight up truth out of the gates about whether or not their services are warranted. Very nice gentlemen, who deserves the solid reviews that he has already received.

Pete came out and serviced my 2018 Generac portable generator. He was on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary parts and gave me practical advice on fuel, maintenance, and long-term care. It's hard to find honest, reliable mobile service these days. I highly recommend Pete and All Equipment Repairs and Services.

Pete, the Owner, responded immediately to a call to service my portable generator. It hadn't been started in at least 3 years and it had two completely flat tires and a dead battery. Pete changed the battery, replaced the two flat tires with new ones, changed the oil and did a complete tune up. Within an hour it ran perfectly. He emailed me detailed instruction on how to maintain my generator in optimal condition and what type of gas and oil to use. He is truly an expert at what at he does and was more than happy to take the time to educate me on how to take the best care of the generator. I will only use Pete for any future maintenance or problems.

Pete was recommended through word of mouth when I sought help in learning how to use and maintain a Generac Generator, that I purchased with my home. Pete is 100% worth the service call and fee, even if one must pay for him to travel beyond his market (geographically). We walked through every corner of the Generator, and discussed how to operate and maintain it in good condition. What I appreciate the most was the quality of direction and detail he gave to this new home owner. More so, Pete follows up before and after hurricane season to make sure equipment is suitable and ready to use. I trust Pete (All Equipment Repairs and Services) and absolutely recommend his expertise.

I called Pete for a service to our generator. Not only is he communicative and on-time, be he is also very informative. He takes the time to educate you on any issues as well as how to properly take care of your unit. Oh, and best part? He is reasonably priced. Highly recommend for most equipment repairs!
